Word Processing Specialist

Our client, a leading law firm on Long Island is seeking a Word
Processing Specialist with heavy litigation experience. Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel.


Responsibilities include:

– Straight Type and Edits

– Use of Firm Macros

– Pleading Preparation

– Conversion of Documents from PDF to Word

– Extensive Formatting using Heading Styles

– Inserting TOC and TOA (Litera-Best Authority)

– Winscribe Transcription

– Create and Edit Spreadsheets

– Create and Edit PowerPoint Presentations

– Knowledge of Kofax PDF Functions

– Knowledge of NetDocs a must


Hybrid Hours

Monday-Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm

Minimum 3 days a week in office

2 days a week remotely
