Job Description:
Our national AmLaw100 client is adding a Tax Controversy Associate to their Philadelphia, PA office, and we are actively interviewing attorneys for consideration.

We are looking for the following characteristics :

Strong research and writing skills
Strong academic record (will be asking for transcripts).
Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) is required.
Experience in tax litigation is also required.
Required Qualifications Include:

Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
LLM in Taxation also required.
Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The target candidate will be an early career (2-7 years legal experience), with experience in tax controversy and tax litigation. This firm does provide a path to partnership and assigns a mentor to new associates on day one.
