The Account Manager / Recruiter will wear two hats:

  • Sales & outreach: identify and negotiate staffing service contracts with employers to help fill temp to perm and  direct hire positions.
  • Recruiting: fill clients’ job vacancies by locating and placing qualified, top-notch candidates.



The Account Developer is responsible for generation of new business by cultivating past/existing client relationships and acquiring new clients through prospecting, lead generation, networking, social media and other inside/outside sales processes.

As a diversity based staffing service this may include discussing accommodations, writing job descriptions and collaborating with our counseling staff to get the right candidates.  Assist with applicant sourcing which may include posting jobs, and contacting community ‘diversity programs’ for candidates.   This can include outreach activities attendance at trade shows to promote brand, services and job orders.

Assist in screening potential applicants. Scheduling interviews with potential employers.  Handling last-minute scheduling changes and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.

Develop sales and recruitment goals and objectives

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field ( experience can substitute for degree)
2-5 years’ recent experience within the staffing industry as a Sales rep or Manager developing and negotiating staffing service contracts including cost of services and employee pay rates

Minimum qualifications

  • Computer savvy- ATS systems – Microsoft Office
  • Outbound B2B  sales
  • Excellent time-management skills
