Contribute to the firm’s delivery teams by planning, analyzing, designing, building, and testing CRM solutions. You’ll be a product specialist supporting CRM issues, addressing business concerns, and driving resolutions. Translate business requirements into software solutions, enhancing profitability and solving business problems.


Assist in all phases of internal CRM projects.
Use technical expertise to design and implement CRM solutions.
Provide solutions for business needs and challenges.
Support conceptual architecture and technical solution design.
Identify process gaps and collaborate across functions for improvement plans.
Develop, deploy, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
Configure standard workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Create reports and dashboards using Power BI integrated with Dynamics CRM.
Develop web applications, APIs, and services for CRM integration.
Complete necessary documentation including source codes and test results.
Support testing phases and defect resolution.
Develop ad-hoc automated tests.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Domain knowledge in Customer Service and shipping industry is advantageous.
3+ years of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM and Power BI development.
3+ years in ASP.NET C#, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and web-based technologies.
Essential experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Preferred experience in Agile, SCRUM, APPIUM, and JMeter.
