Job Description
Global shipping company in central NJ is seeking a hands-on Development Manager with strong C#.

This position is 90% development.

Fully on-site for 3 months then 2 days/week remote.

Coach and mentor the team to help them grow their skills, enhance their knowledge of the firm’s systems and their ability to get things done.
Ability to manage multiple clients and project teams simultaneously in an agile and fast-paced environment.
Oversee business analysis, development work and quality assurance of projects.
Follow up on projects to ensure their on-time delivery.


10+ years of experience including at least 5+ years in project management.
Excellent communication skills working with other managers and teams locally and globally.
Fluent in C#, .Net framework, WinForms, Rest API’s, entity framework (or another ORM), and SQL.
Experience working with and supporting development teams, guiding project managers by following best practices.
Keeping up to date on emerging technologies and product development practices.
The following is strongly preferred:

EDI knowledge.
Experience with the agile methodology.
Azure development: Service Bus, Graph Api, Authentication.
